Is Lushly really free? +
Yes. Lushly is in its setup phase and is currently completely free for salons — no commission, no monthly fee, no credit card. You pay nothing, and there are currently no paid plans available.
What happens if Lushly becomes a paid service later on? +
Should we introduce paid plans in the future, we will announce it in advance — no one will be automatically charged. And: The first 50 salons (Founding Salons) will retain all features permanently for free, even after a transition.
Is there a contract or a minimum term? +
No. No contract commitment, no minimum term, no hidden clauses. You can delete your profile yourself at any time or simply send us an email.
How are customer payments processed? +
Currently, your customers pay directly at your salon as usual (cash or by card). Online payments are ready, but not yet active — we'll let you know in advance as soon as they launch. Lushly does not charge any commission.
How long does setup take? +
Registration takes about 2 minutes. For a complete profile (services, prices, photos, opening hours), you should plan about 15–20 minutes. An assistant will guide you step by step — and if you like, we'll help you set it up.
Do I need technical skills? +
No. If you can fill out a form and upload a photo from your phone, that's perfectly enough. No software installation is needed — everything runs in your browser.
Can I use Lushly alongside my existing system? +
Yes. Lushly doesn't replace anything — it's an addition. Many salons use it as a visibility channel and a professional booking link for Instagram, Google, and their storefront (incl. QR code), while they continue to use the phone or an existing system.
Do you already have a lot of customers? +
Let's be honest: Lushly is new and is currently building its reach — that's why the platform is free for the first salons. Your advantage: You can use Lushly from day one as your own booking link (Instagram, Google, WhatsApp, QR code), regardless of how fast the marketplace grows. We don't promise customer numbers we can't deliver.
What happens to my data? +
Your data is processed exclusively for presenting your salon and handling booking requests — in accordance with GDPR requirements. You can find details in our privacy policy. You can delete your profile at any time.
