We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Marketplace nature and intermediary role

Lushly is an online marketplace for beauty and wellness services. We exclusively mediate appointments between end customers and independent salons / studios / freelancers. We are not a contractual partner for the booked treatments; the contract is concluded directly between the customer and the selected salon. The respective salon is solely responsible for the proper execution of the service.

Liability for content

The content of the salon profiles (descriptions, photos, prices, opening hours, reviews, services) is uploaded, maintained, and managed by the respective salons themselves. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to general laws, pursuant to § 7 para. 1 DDG. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific legal infringement. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we will immediately remove this content.

Liability for links

Our platform includes links to external third-party websites (e.g., salon websites, social media profiles, Stripe, Google), over whose content we have no control. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or assume liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for potential legal violations at the time of linking.

The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of utilization outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Salon photos are provided by the respective salons themselves. Stock photos, if used, are sourced from royalty-free platforms (e.g., Unsplash, Pexels) or clearly marked with the Lushly logo.

Information on platform usage

Lushly is currently in a development phase. Usage is free for both end customers and salons. No commissions, brokerage fees, or other charges are currently levied. As soon as monetization is introduced, all users will be informed at least 14 days in advance, and these terms and conditions and the imprint will be adjusted accordingly.
